Pre-Made Mosaic Kits

We design and put together a collection of exclusive, ready-to-order mosaic artworks.

When you purchase a pre-made mosaic, you receive a complete, professionally prepared kit containing everything needed to build your design.

What’s Included:

Color & number-coded printed instructions
A baseplate
A brick separator tool
Individually packaged and numbered brick bags
- Higher quantity colors are separated individually
- Smaller quantities may be grouped for efficiency
A premium Brickify gift box
Optional digital instructions (available upon request)

Each kit is assembled, quality checked, and packaged by our team before shipping to ensure accuracy and completeness. Extra parts of certain colors may be included to avoid under-supplying, as we sort bricks by weight.

These designs are ideal for customers who want a professionally created mosaic without designing one themselves.

Custom-Made Mosaic Kits

Our online creation tool allows anyone to design their own mosaic artwork.

Using the tool, you can:

Create or upload a design
Adjust layout and colors
Preview your mosaic before placing an order

Once ordered, we produce a complete kit tailored specifically to your custom design.

Important Notes:

We recommend downloading a backup when creating your design. While your data is stored online, saving it locally ensures you can recover it if any issues occur. This can be done by pressing the "Download Backup" button inside the "Edit Actions" card.
As with all orders, your kit is manufactured, assembled, and quality checked by our team prior to shipping.

Marketplace – Sell Your Designs

Our Marketplace allows users to publish and sell their own mosaic creations.

How to Create a Listing:

Design your mosaic using our creation tool.
Save your design as a draft.
Visit the Marketplace page and click “Create Listing.”
Upload your saved draft.
Customize your listing details (title, description, price, etc.).
Publish your design.

All marketplace listings are reviewed by our team to ensure they meet quality standards and are appropriate for publication.

Listing Fee:

A $1 listing fee is required to publish a design. This helps maintain marketplace quality by reducing spam and low-effort submissions.
The fee is non-refundable.
Genuine mistakes may be allowed for resubmission at our discretion.

Prohibited Use:

Abuse of the system, including spam, trolling, offensive or illegal content, or copyright infringement, will not be tolerated. Violations may result in removal of listings or account restrictions.

What Happens When Your Design Sells

We manufacture the kit.
We package and quality-check it.
We handle shipping.
We manage customer service.

Creators never need to handle inventory, production, or logistics.

Creator Earnings

Marketplace creators earn 20% commission on every successful sale of their design.
Earnings from the marketplace can be cashed out into your chosen payment method upon request.
Store credit is displayed in USD.

Important Notes:

Creators do not earn commission on purchases of their own designs.
Refunds, order cancellations, or disputes may affect your balance.
Ensure your payment details are accurate to avoid delays.

Important Marketplace Information

All kits - including marketplace designs - are produced and shipped directly by us.
Customers receive the same high-quality kit regardless of the designer.
International shipping is available.
Every order is handled by our team from production through delivery to ensure consistency and reliability.

Commissions & Rewards Policy

All commissions earned from marketplace listings, as well as promotional rewards, are credited to your account as store credit.

Cash-Out Minimum: Store credit can be redeemed for cash once your balance reaches $20 USD.
Fees: Standard paypal fees apply.
Expiration: Store credit will expire 12 months from the date it is earned.
Payout Method: Payouts will be sent manually to your PayPal account via a Paypal.Me link, a PayPal email, as well as an "other" option for which we will contact you via email to dicuss your preferred payment method. If this doesn't work for you or there are any problems, please contact us. If the price set on the Paypal.Me link is different to the chosen payout price, your payout will not be fulfilled. We will restore your store credit.
Processing Time: Payouts are typically processed within 1–5 business days after request.
Disputes & Issues: If we encounter any issues processing your payout, we will contact you directly via the email associated with your account.
Account Requirements: Ensure your payment details are up to date to avoid delays. Payouts may be withheld if account information is incomplete or inaccurate.
Promotional Credits: Any promotional store credit is subject to the same expiration and cash-out rules unless otherwise specified.

By participating in our marketplace, you agree to these terms regarding commissions, rewards, and store credit usage.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary by destination. Estimated delivery:
- Domestic: 2-7 business days
- International: 7-20 business days
Tracking information is provided once shipped.
Delays due to customs, carriers, or holidays are outside our control.
Import & duty fees may apply. Please check your country's import policies before purchasing and be aware of these additional charges. These are also out of our control.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of certain products, all sales are final.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective or missing items.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery if an issue occurs.

Intellectual Property & Licensing

Marketplace creators retain ownership of their designs.
By submitting a design, you grant Brickify a non-exclusive license to manufacture, sell, and distribute your design.
Customers may not reproduce or resell designs outside the platform.
